Course Overview

In this course, you will learn how to engage people within your business using effective collaboration techniques. This course builds on the concepts learned in the Design Thinking Leadership course and covers different collaboration scenarios, desired outcomes, and workshop structures to help you design and lead your own collaboration workshops. You will also learn about different collaboration techniques and how to adapt them for in-person, online, and hybrid collaboration. Additionally, you will be introduced to best practices for facilitators to ensure a successful collaboration experience.
