She is well-versed in public administration, risk, and regulatory frameworks, and specializes in service-based industries including healthcare, financial, professional services, and education.
Vania’s lifelong passion for capacity building has been reflected throughout her career and inspired her coaching work and the launch of her business which supports boards, leader and teams on their values-based journeys through enabling advancement of their defined goals and aspirations. She is committed to lifelong learning and provides mentorship to university students and entrepreneurs based on her professional and transformational journey.
