Course Overview

We call someone a leader not because they are in charge but because they have the courage to go first. – Simon Sinek, Thought Leader

Leadership matters more than ever because we are facing unprecedented complexity, uncertainty and rapid changes. As organizations navigate modern challenges, effective leaders play a critical role in empowering others to adapt, to be curious, and to achieve results. They foster a culture of trust, commitment, performance, and shared purpose.

This virtual 2-part interactive session is designed to teach participants the foundations of effective leadership.

Topics include:

  • The new never normal and the need for authentic leadership.
  • Trust: the new language of leadership.
  • Starting with WHY.
  • Unlocking potential, creating value and driving meaningful impact.
  • A new look at today’s critical leadership skills.
  • The courage to go first.

By the end of this workshop, participants will:

  • Better understand the difference between management and leadership, especially now.
  • Learn how to better articulate their vision and make meaning.
  • Discover more about their authentic self and how their behaviors can impact others and, by consequence, if others can trust their intentions.
  • Discover key drivers in engaging others and themselves.
  • Learn how to develop the “It-Factor”© to foster trust and successfully influence for change.
  • Walk away with strategies, tools and frameworks to better navigate their role as leader.
