This executive program empowers senior managers to drive organizational transformation and accelerate business growth by developing their change leadership capabilities. Schedule and sessions

Sessions occur every week for 4 consecutive weeks. Each session is 3.5 hours long. Sessions are subject to change.

This session explores the challenges and strategies associated with gaining support for emerging and innovative ideas within organizational contexts. Participants will be exposed to techniques for effectively communicating novel concepts, methods for building coalitions of supporters, and approaches to navigating organizational politics and resistance to change. Additionally, it will address strategies for overcoming common obstacles such as risk aversion, resource constraints, and organizational inertia.

This session provides participants the tools to identify and implement strategies to cultivate a culture of creativity and innovation within their organization, including techniques for encouraging risk-taking and learning from failure. Leadership’s role in cultivating creativity will be a key focus, discussing how leaders can set expectations, reward open communication, and model innovative behaviour.

Participants will be guided to reflect on their leadership approach, ensuring that they too are fostering innovation in others and supporting the generation and implementation of new ideas. The session includes a discussion about managing change through uncertainty and in an organization that is exercising new ideas.

This session examines how successful companies can become vulnerable to disruptive innovations despite making seemingly rational decisions. Participants will come to understand the characteristics of disruptive technologies, the challenges they pose to established firms, and strategies for responding effectively.
