The Law Enforcement Leadership Program, developed by DeGroote Executive Education in collaboration with Senior Police Leaders, is designed to equip professionals working in law enforcement with the critical skills needed to navigate the evolving challenges within their sectors. This five-module program provides an intensive and interactive learning experience, covering strategic management, project management, influencing change, coaching and mentoring, and leadership communication. Upon completion, attendees will receive a Certificate of Completion from McMaster University and the DeGroote School of Business.
