How we work with you

Step one: Identify goals, needs and skill gaps

We want to learn as much as can about your team and organization. Share goals and what your organization hopes to achieve out of a custom program. We work with you to understand how you work and what success looks like within your team.

Step two: Build a program specifically for your organization

Our team will take your feedback and work with you to build out a program that addresses any specific skills you want to build and offer programs that work towards your goals.

We offer multiple approaches when designing a custom program with DeGroote; developing custom content tailored to your organization, adjusting a program that has already been developed or a combination of both. Learn more about custom programming here.

Step three: Program execution

Our team executes the agreed upon program and all logistics, supporting your organization every step of the way. This includes customized communications, tailored projects specific to your organization and recognition/graduation ceremonies upon completion.

Step four: Join the DeGroote network
