All our custom programs are designed to ensure that all content is relevant to your organization. We will work with you to develop a customized program that meets your learning objectives and the development needs of your employees.
Our Custom Programs can be tailored to serve emerging leaders, mid-level management, or senior executives in your organization.
None of the Executive Programs provide credit towards an MBA.
There is no grade assigned in our programs, you will receive a certificate and/or a digital micro credential depending on which course you complete.
Yes. As long as participants complete a minimum 5 module program a Certificate of Completion will be issued by McMaster University.
We offer a wide range of courses that includes but are not limited to: Change Leadership, Equity Diversity and Inclusion, Building Resilient Teams, Design Thinking, Governance, Engaging your Employees, Strategy, Emotional Intelligence, Vital Conversations, Essential Leadership Skills and more.
We offer both virtual learning and in-person learning. In-person learning can be at your office or at the Ron Joyce Centre in Burlington.
Our programs are designed to ensure participants have the opportunity to work with others within their organizations. Our interactive sessions ensure there are many touchpoints and collaborations between participants. Whether through breakout group discussions, Instructor lead exercises, coaching sessions or working together on a Capstone project, participants will engage with one another throughout the duration of the program.
