Critical Thinking and Innovation

This module is intended to enhance learner’s analytical tools enabling greater effectiveness in achieving visionary leadership goals. Planning is key for effective leaders and learning to critically assess future changes in healthcare will be tremendous.

Learners will examine:

  • The complex forces driving the economics of healthcare delivery in Ontario
  • Fiduciary responsibility and accountability in assessing novel healthcare technologies
  • Strategic alliances to achieve efficiency in healthcare leadership
