Strategic Management in Niagara – Summer 2017
Pairing Insights & Wine
This past August, DeGroote Executive Education held three days of Strategic Management programming at the 13th Street Winery in beautiful Niagara wine country. During their stay, the group of participants took part in courses on High Impact Strategic Planning, Fundamentals of Finance for Decision Making, and Best Practices in Strategy Execution – which are all part of the Executive Management Program. Each day consisted of a full day of learning, a delicious lunch provided by the 13th Street staff, and included a unique wine tasting and food pairing. Participants came away with a better understanding of what makes a successful strategy, how to implement such a thing, and exactly where they needed to improve themselves to ensure their strategies work.
The Executive Management Program is a group of courses developed by leading faculty that gives you the tools you need to update your skills and make an immediate impact in the workplace. The program is flexible, allowing you to choose any of our 1-day courses, as you see fit, to work towards a Certificate of Completion. Whether you have completed your MBA and are looking to update your skills, or want to further your career without committing to a full MBA program, Executive Education at the DeGroote School of Business can take you to the next level.
