Facilitator Information

As an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences at McMaster University, Monique Armstrong teaches in the Clinical Behavioural Sciences Program. A highly skilled, energetic and compelling facilitator, Monique designs, develops and supports the roll out of leadership and management improvement strategies designed to improve team and company results. Monique’s take on the challenges facing working parents is chronicled in her published book “Balance is Bogus”. Monique also works in the private sector leading Rzultz Consulting’s leadership and management mandate where she helps clients across the globe determine their true needs, and realize their full potential.
