The Organizational Culture specialization consists of the following Executive Management Program (EMP) courses:
- Design Thinking Leadership
- Developing a Thriving Workplace Culture
- Engaging Your Employees
- The Human Side of Organizational Change
- Vital Conversations
Upon completion of any 3 courses, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance with an Organizational Culture Specialization. To receive the Certificate of Completion with a Specialization in Organizational Culture, you have the option of completing 5 courses within this specialization or you can opt to complete a minimum of 3 courses within this specialization and supplement with any 2 additional courses offered within the Executive Management Program for a total of 5 courses.
Each one-day program is designed for mid- to senior-level managers and provides participants with skills development, strategies and tips, insights from industry experts, and networking opportunities in an interactive and facilitated learning environment.
