The Leadership Development specialization consists of the following Executive Management Program (EMP) courses:

Upon completion of any 3 courses, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance with a Leadership Development Specialization. To receive the Certificate of Completion with a Specialization in Leadership Development, you have the option of completing 5 courses within this specialization or you can opt to complete a minimum of 3 courses within this specialization and supplement with any 2 additional courses offered within the Executive Management Program for a total of 5 courses.
Each one-day program is designed for mid- to senior-level managers and provides participants with skills development, strategies and tips, insights from industry experts, and networking opportunities in an interactive and facilitated learning environment. Whether you have completed your MBA and are looking to update your skills or want to further your career without committing to a full MBA program, this EMP specialization will help you become a more influential leader so that you can increase the value you bring to your organization.
