The Leadership Development Program consists of three courses that are offered in the Executive Management Program; Emotional Intelligence for Leaders, The Human Side of Organizational Change and V.I.P. Leadership. Upon completion of these three courses, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance in the Leadership Development Program. You also have the option to choose two additional courses offered in the Executive Management program to receive the Certificate of Completion.
Each one day program is designed for mid to senior level managers and provides participants with a toolkit of resources that are applicable and relevant. Whether you have completed your MBA and are looking to update your skills, or want to further your career without committing to a full MBA program, this program will help take you to the next level.
There are no prerequisite requirements to enrol in this program.

Today’s leaders are facing the challenge of unprecedented speed in the rate of organizational change. Traditional approaches to change management, which tend to ignore the human component in change, often fail to produce optimal outcomes for organizations and their employees. This course invites you to adopt a different, leading-edge mindset focused on managing the human risk on change. You’ll be introduced to a new definition of change and a fresh perspective on your role as a leader of change initiatives at work.
This interactive session builds upon the experience of participants as professionals or managers and establishes a firm foundation from which participants can continue to advance their own development. Through discussions, self-assessment and group work, participants answer key questions such as: “Why do people do what they do?”, “How do I adapt my style to match the situation?”, and “How do I increase the performance of individuals and groups?” Recognizing that the behaviour of a leader sets the tone for those that he/she is leading, this workshop provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to “lead for peak performance”.
