She is frequently quoted by the media for her perspectives on workplace issues and has made guest appearances on national television & radio.

A true lifelong learner, Fiorella is both a Certified HR Leader & a Certified Management Consultant. In addition, she is an accredited Facilitator on the top leadership & team assessment tools including Emotional Intelligence, Hogan, Myers-Briggs and Team Management Systems. She has designed and facilitated workshops in the areas of Leadership & HR Management for the Canadian Management Center, Human Resources Professional Association, local Boards of Trade and leading universities including McMaster, Western and Guelph.
