Executive Management Program

The EMP is a portfolio of intensive and interactive one-day courses designed for busy mid- to senior-level managers. Developed by industry experts and leading faculty, each course focuses on a specific topic or management technique and provides participants with applied learning, skills development, strategies and tips, insights from industry experts, and networking opportunities in an interactive and facilitated learning environment.

The EMP is a flexible, certificate-based program that can be completed at your own pace with no prerequisite requirements or application to enroll in the program. Simply choose from a collection of 16 courses to gain the skills and insights you need most. We also offer several specializations to focus your learning on a specific area of business.

Whether you have completed your MBA and are looking to update your skills or want to further your career without committing to a full MBA program, the EMP is a flexible, convenient way to move your company and career forward.

Certificates available through the Executive Management Program:

  • Certificate of Attendance – any 1 course
  • Certificate of Attendance with a Specialization – any 3 courses within a specialization
  • Certificate of Completion – any 5 courses
  • Certificate of Completion with a Specialization – any 5 courses within a specialization, or any 3 or 4 courses within a specialization plus an additional 1 or 2 courses for a total of 5 courses
