Understanding the necessity of change within your organization is key to establishing a culture of innovation that is critical for long-lasting business success.
Having an innovative culture – an environment where employees have the confidence and freedom to take risks, collaborate and leverage the strength of their team, and bring breakthrough products and services to the market – is a top priority for many business leaders. However, knowing how to design, develop and nurture this rare type of culture can be confusing and at times, overwhelming.
This two-day session will examine change and innovation within organizational teams from all angles. Participants will be given insights into how mindfulness can create a more creative and innovative mindset among your team. Participants will also get a look into the psyche of team members and why change is such a large hurdle to overcome. Finally, the course will give an organizational overview of how an innovation culture can be achieved and how it will make a difference throughout your workplace.
