Leading change through periods of disruption creates challenges and opportunities for any organizational leader, compelling us to consider how best to navigate the way forward even though the future remains unclear and uncertain. This course will explore the mindsets, contexts, capacities, and strategic actions that can help you re-imagine your organization’s position in the face of ongoing disruptions, and how it can adapt and revitalize itself to successfully meet the new realities and trends that are re-shaping our world.

Kate Sikerbol PhD is an organizational consultant and coach who has extensive experience guiding and supporting organizations in change management, crafting strategy, and developing leaders. A gifted facilitator, she brings a strengths-based and appreciative approach to client engagements that foster thoughtful conversations and the pragmatic application of skills that can make a difference in our organizations and communities.
Kate holds a PhD from Fielding Graduate University in Human and Organizational Systems, an M.Ed. in Organization Development and Adult Education from the University of Toronto, and an Honours BA in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario.
