This online course provides an overview of the roots and principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace and equips for profit and nonprofit leaders with applied perspectives and practices to help their organizations evolve. This course is informed by best practices in EDI established by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.

His specific expertise includes nonprofit management, international development, immigration and resettlement, fundraising and financial management.
Margaret Zanel is Partner, Strategy and Leadership at Wentworth Strategy Group and an accomplished executive advisor, business strategist, entrepreneur, and executive leadership coach. She is a passionate advocate of diversity, inclusion, and women’s advancement in executive leadership and on boards. Margaret serves as Executive Director, Mentorship Programs for Women Get on Board Inc, a leading member-based company that connects, promotes, and empowers women to corporate boards.
