Executive Management
Our Executive Management program is a group of seven courses developed by leading MBA faculty which provide an intense look at topics including strategic planning, leadership, corporate branding, performance management, finance and marketing. Each one day program is designed for mid to senior level managers and provides participants with a toolkit of resources that are applicable and relevant.
The program is flexible. You have the option of choosing a single course, or a package of three or five courses. After all 5 courses are completed, participants receive a certificate. There are seven courses available to provide a variety of options based on each individual’s professional and personal development. We offer the Executive Management program twice a year, in the fall and spring.
Whether you have completed your MBA and are looking to update your skills, or want to further your career without committing to a full MBA program, this certificate will help take you to the next level.
There are no prerequisite requirements to enrol in this program.
