Healthcare Leadership Development

Leading Transformation in Healthcare Program

The healthcare environment today is ripe for transformation and change.  Leaders are being tasked with the challenge of developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems in healthcare.  A key determinant of a leader’s success in identifying innovation and implementing change, is the way in which they leverage and build interpersonal relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Our Leading Transformation in Healthcare program will provide participants with the tools to identify opportunities for innovation and implement solutions through strategic relationships.  Aligned and structured with the LEADS in a Caring Environment Leadership Framework, this program is designed to help participants identify and understand their personal leadership style and how to best leverage their strengths to build relationships and champion change in their organization.

This program brings business strategy and individual perspectives together to provide learners with the opportunity to build new skills, strengthen and develop strategic partnerships and create collaborative solutions and options.

This program provides you with the flexibility to choose what is more important for your development.

Ingrid Suurmann, VP Corporate Services & CFO St. Mary’s Hospital

“As a physician leader working in the complex environment of healthcare, I am often presented with many challenges that previously I found difficult to overcome.  This program was an enlightening experience for me, opening up many new ways of thinking and how to approach problems in a more effective manner. Armed with the comprehensive skills I have taken from this course including mastering leadership thinking styles, critical-thinking to effect change, as well as the ability to manage conflict, I have been able to make significant headway into previously unsuccessful areas of my work and my life.”
