“As a physician leader working in the complex environment of healthcare, I am often presented with many challenges that previously I found difficult to overcome.  This program was an enlightening experience for me, opening up many new ways of thinking and how to approach problems in a more effective manner. Armed with the comprehensive skills I have taken from this course including mastering leadership thinking styles, critical-thinking to effect change, as well as the ability to manage conflict, I have been able to make significant headway into previously unsuccessful areas of my work and my life.”
